Each plan has been designed by an Architect and can be used by Builder’s, Developers, Business Owners and other Architects or Engineers. The Commercial Concept Stock Plan™ package is for the consideration of a design concept use only. Additional Architectural and Engineering professionals are required to convert the concept into the necessary Construction Documents.
