A modern black and white color scheme offers a striking alternative to the traditional farmhouse feel. A breezeway connects to the two structures of Oakley Cottage adding a great indoor/outdoor balance to this unique house plan. A metal roof helps to show off the beautiful covered front porch, complimented by exposed trusses and black wooden columns.

Open Floor Design

Heading on into Oakley Cottage through the double door entrance, you're greeted with an half open staircase leading to the second level of the house plan. The great room offers a fantastic open concept showing off the custom fireplace while leading into the equally open kitchen. A large, wrap around eat-at kitchen island offers tons of seating for entertaining or simply hanging out as a family while cooking. A large walk-in pantry offers tons of storage located just underneath the staircase. The dining room at the rear of the house plan offers tons of natural lighting with picture window wrapping around on 3 walls, not to be overshadowed by the covered back porch just off of the dining area.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom of Oakley Cottage can be found by breezeway just off of the great room. This unique, private escape is just what the doctor ordered, offering beautiful vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and it's own private entrance off the front of the house plan. The master bathroom hosts a double vanity, private toilet room, and tons of luxury features such as a large, walk-in shower and free standing tub. Back in the main house, you'll find bedroom 2 on the main level with it's attached bathroom. You'll also find tons of upper level living potential with a spacious bonus room with an attached bunk room, both featuring their own closets and shared bathroom.
