Nelson Design Group offers a vast range of Multi-family plans featuring about 100 duplex, triplex and fourplex designs. These have a variety of exterior styles and can be modified to match your specific use. Many units have the same footprint however, some multifamily designs have various floor-plans connected together to create unique street appeal allowing these to gently blend with single family homes. Designs range from 800 square feet to high-end custom floor-plans.
